Taxation of Cross-Border Mergers & Acquisitions - New York

    Cancellations must be received in writing 5 business days prior to conference date to receive a refund less a $100 administrative fee. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time. Within 5 days of the conference, you will receive a credit to another Networking Seminar Inc. valid for up to one year. Networking Seminars Inc. reserves the right to postpone a seminar to a later date and this will not be deemed a cancellation. Due to force majeure, if Networking Seminars should cancel a seminar we will refund all registration fees in form or original payment. Networking Seminars will not be liable for any other costs. Networking Seminars reserves the right to change conference schedule, dates, speakers and/or venue at any time. All cancellations and substitutions should be sent to our customer service department at custserv@networkingseminars.net
