Networking Seminars mission is provide a forum for business executives, to exchange ideas and learn the latest IRS tax rules and regulations that affect how U.S. multinational companies conduct overseas business operations.  We focus on the tax, finance and legal industries as government policies, rules and regulations are constantly changing.  We also provide investor summits and focus on key aspects of cross-border transactions.

With the inception of multimedia platforms and social networking sites, even small privately held companies have a global reach with Internet advertising and online distribution.  We hope to provide the same service for the business community and produce an online networking site, as well as, provide online educational webinars.

Networking Seminars goal is to enrich corporate environments and build business relationships through our continuing educational seminars and networking events. We hope you will become a member of our network and join us at one of our many seminars.

We offer continuing educational credits with NASBA for Continuing Professional Credits (CPE) for accountant and tax professionals as well as Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for practicing attorneys.  Please see our CPE/CLE page for more information on accreditation. Continuing education is an essential part of maintaining licenses for those who provide professional services and who advise clients more efficiently, as well as, to advance and succeed in the marketplace.

For those who cannot attend, we offer the seminar course materials immediately following the seminar.  We hope to provide video of our courses in the near future but our seminars reflect the latest issues affecting businesses, which is one of the many benefits of attending our networking seminars. We provide cutting edge information on the latest news and updates for the international business community.
